Arjan has started his career in 2002 and had various roles in complex logistical contracts in remote areas. In 2007 he has entered the offshore/subsea sector with IHC Hydrohammer in Singapore. He spent 14 years at ALP Maritime Services, where he held key leadership roles, including heading the Project Division responsible for transporting some of the world’s largest floating structures. Arjan’s deep expertise in both subsea and surface operations, coupled with his proactive and engaged approach, enabled him to seamlessly coordinate between clients and subcontractors.

Paul brings nearly three decades of experience in the shipping industry, including 13 years at Fairmount Marine, a Dutch specialist in ultra-heavy ocean transport. As the founder and CEO of ALP Maritime Services, he led the world’s largest fleet of long-distance transport and positioning vessels for 14 years. He spearheaded an ambitious investment and construction campaign, resulting in the development of some of the most advanced towing vessels, tailored to the FPSO and FLNG sectors. In addition, since 2014, Paul has been a  member of the Executive Leadership Team at Teekay Offshore, which rebranded as Altera Infrastructure in 2020. Known for his innovative, out-of-the-box problem-solving approach, Paul is a trusted industry leader.

Caroline has been actively involved in the offshore and transport sectors since 2002. She began her career at Fairmount Marine in various roles before joining ALP Maritime Services in 2010, where she focused on crewing and vessel management. When ALP began managing its own vessels in 2015, Caroline took charge of all crewing operations. Even during global challenges, she maintained a professional yet personal approach to crew relations.

After starting his career with KPMG, Arjen moved into the shipping industry as CFO of Fairmount Marine, where he helped raise investment capital through a Norwegian IPO and guided the company’s sale to Louis Dreyfus Armateurs. In 2010, he co-founded ALP Maritime Services, where he raised capital for new vessel construction and led the company’s eventual sale to Teekay Offshore. Arjen has since held numerous board positions across a range of offshore vessels, LNG carriers, and FPSOs.

Lena transitioned into the shipping industry in 2005 when she joined Fairmount Marine’s accounting team. She later joined ALP Maritime Services in 2010, where she contributed significantly to the ALP FUTURE newbuilding program, which developed the world’s largest long-distance towing vessels. After ALP was sold to Teekay Offshore, Lena was responsible for preparing financial reports, enabling the consolidation of the group’s Netherlands-based entities for stock market reporting. Her pragmatic, down-to-earth approach adds invaluable insight to financial decision-making.

Gerrit-Jan’s career is a testament to his versatility and creativity, spanning road and ocean logistics, creative carpentry work and over a decade in the offshore industry. At ALP Maritime Services, he was responsible for Marketing and Sales, particularly in spot-market projects, managing a portfolio of 10 vessels. Known for his quick thinking and deep understanding of client needs, Gerrit-Jan successfully tailored solutions for hundreds of projects.

Andre’s deep connection to the shipping industry began in his youth aboard fishing vessels, later advancing to a maritime officer on geared heavy-lifters. He joined Fairmount Marine’s operations team, supporting the semi-submersible transport and long-distance towing fleet until 2017. After transitioning to ALP Maritime Services as Manager Operations, Andre led the operations team and managed large-scale offshore projects.

Tjeerd began his maritime career in 2005 as a Maritime Officer with Wagenborg Shipping before transitioning to shore-based operations at Fairmount Marine. In 2019, he joined ALP Maritime Services, where he became a key member of the operations team. Tjeerd played a critical role in the project division, where he provided operational leadership and coordinated several prestigious multi-tug transport projects.

Sergii began his maritime career in 2002 as a maritime officer and sailed as a captain with various companies on offshore towing vessels (DP2) since 2009. As a captain his proactive and hands-on approach resulted in the efficient and safe completion of many complex towing projects.

Kees Pronk began his maritime career in 2007 as a maritime officer and has sailed as a Captain on offshore towing vessels (DP2) since 2015.

His extensive experience and proactive approach resulted in him being lead Captain in many complex multi-tug transport projects.

Kees also delivered an outstanding performance in the “Mega Transports” Discovery Channel documentary during the towage of drilling rig “WEST BOLLSTA” from Ulsan, South Korea to Santa Cruz in Tenerife.

Hamza began his shipping career with Van Oord, where he specialized in the company's DP2 vessels. In 2015, he joined ALP Maritime Services, playing a key advisory role in the company’s newbuilding program. As Fleet Director from 2017, Hamza managed all aspects of ship management through a period marked by significant challenges such as oil price fluctuations, global pandemics, and market volatility. His ability to adapt and lead ensured the fleet’s stability during these difficult times.
